I cannot fathom that it is going to be March this Friday...only a few more months left!
I will be distributing student G-Mail accounts this week. I will be using G-Mail for a variety of extra resources and activities. There are still a handful of students that have not returned the acknowledgement and consent letter. If your child didn't return this form, they will not be receiving their account. I will be sending home another form this week.
Friday will be our first meeting for Page Turners book, The One and Only Ivan. Book club begins at 8:00!
There will be Friday Frenzy this week until 5:00!
Friday will also be Read Across America. Students are asked to dress-up as their favorite book character and attempt to beat the AR record of tests taken last year of 3,581,992.
In only 11 days, your child will taking their first SOL test of the year in Writing. The test dates are scheduled for March 12th and 13th.
Your child will be challenged in their music knowledge this week, with Name That Tune challenge all week.
